Brian Hill is a Sgt for an agency in the Denver metro area. Brian is a subject matter expert in Arrest Control for Colorado P.O.S.T. (Peace Officer Standards and Training). He is a charter member of ILEETA (International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association).
